Mario Mason, is an expert adviser of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. He has begun his professional experience in the field of consultancy in 2001 with Kaizen Institute. In 2006 he founds his company “Phoenix Strategies” whose mission is to implement the Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing approach in the customer companies taking advantage of the more advanced technologies in the field of psychology. He is NLP Master Trainer (certified by Richard Bandler) and he is Certified trainer and coach in Neuro-Semantics and Meta-Coach by participating to L. Michael Hall and Michelle Duval trainings

Denis Bridoux est basé à Halifax, dans le West Yorkshire, Royaume-Uni, depuis 1980. Il y opère comme psychothérapeute, coach et formateur en PNL et en Neuro-Sémantique. Il fit ses études universitaires en Anglais Appliqué et en Linguistique à l’Université de Lille dans les années 70, puis au début des années 80, un B. Ed. à la Metropolitan University de Leeds. Il fut enseignant en français et en Media Studies de 1985 à 1990, puis Coordinateur de la Prévention contre le VIH dans un district sanitaire de 1991 à 1995. C’est le co-fondateur de Swift Changes for Personal Growth and Professional Evolution, un institut offrant des stages en PNL (niveaux Praticien, Maître Praticien et Post-Maître Praticien) et en Neuro-Sémantique aux personnels du milieu médical, paramédical, social et éducatif, ainsi qu’aux professionnels de l’entreprise et du milieu légal.

Sa diversité de culture lui permettant de bâtir des ponts entre des disciplines très diverses, Denis aime allier humour, rigueur intellectuelle et flexibilité pour permettre à ses participants d’apprendre sans en avoir l’air, et il ose espérer que son enthousiasme est communicatif.

Éclectique dans l’âme et formé, entre autres, par Tad James et Robert Dilts, Denis fit sa formation d’enseignant certifié en PNL avec Richard Bandler en 1995. Il est l’un des rares formateurs au monde à avoir reçu de Richard Bandler la permission de former au Design Human Engineering™ (DHE) et travailla régulièrement avec ce dernier comme assistant dans ses stages en Europe à tous les niveaux, y compris celui de Formation de Formateurs, de 1996 à 2000. Il est Master Trainer Certifié en PNL et Formateur en Neuro-Sémantique.

Depuis 1997, Denis travaille en profondeur avec Michael Hall, le créateur du modèle des ‘Méta-Etats’ et de la Neuro-Sémantique, qui intègre au plus haut niveau la PNL et la Sémantique Générale. Il est Honorary Fellow of the International Society of Neuro-Semantics® pour ses contributions sur le sujet.

Denis est, avec Bobby Bodenhamer, le seul formateur auquel Michael a donné la permission de donner quasiment tous ses stages, plusieurs d’entre eux ayant été formulés conjointement. Lucia Giovannini

Ever since she was a little girl Lucia has been fascinated by the unexplored capacities of human beings. A search to which she devoted her whole life. This experience brings unique gifts to her seminars and but it's her love, honesty and compassion that touches people most. For years she has been committed to the development of human resources and potentials by organizing and leading international workshops and conferences for groups and companies.

She has shared her experiences by publishing articles on the development of human and social awareness and has appeared on several TV shows. She has a Doctorate in Psychology and Counselling and a Bachelor in Psycho-Anthropology, she is a member of the American Psychological Association. In addition, she is a Master Firewalking Trainer, a Breathwork Practitioner, an NLP and Neuro Semantic Trainer (ISNS USA), a certified Coach (ACMC- USA) and a Louise Hay Creative Thought Certified Teacher.
She published her first book about Change "A Whole new life" with Sperling & Kupfer , a major italian publishing house, and is writing her second book on Self Happiness.

Leonie Zonjee

Leonie is the CEO of ZonjeeCoaching, a fast growing coaching business in the south of the Netherlands. She is a certified Meta-Coach and Neuro Semantics Trainer.
